Monday Morning Prayer
When People Say Insensitive Things
Heavenly Father, I’ve been hurt by the words of others and their insensitivity. Help me not to be offended, angry or bitter by what has been said, but help me to forgive. I ask for your help to hold my tongue. Strengthen me in love so when I encounter it again I will not repay insult with insult but with blessing.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
