Mistletoe Market

Do you like to shop?

Then join me at…

Mistletoe Market
This Saturday, July 21 st
9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Houston Chinese Church, 10305 S. Main, Houston
(conveniently located at Loop 610 and Main St.)

The Mistletoe Market is a fundraiser for Young Survival Coalition – Young Women Facing Breast Cancer Together. They”ll be 28 vendors, food, fun and a chance to shop for a one-of-a-kind item. Both Hannah Bunker, Dancing Upon Barren Land’s contributing author and myself will each have a booth. {If you don’t know Hannah, you can read about her here.} We’d love to meet you!

So if you live in the Houston, Texas area come and SHOP! Proceeds from the sales will benefit Young Survival Coalition and Dancing Upon Barren Land Ministry.

For those sending in prayer requests your needs and the desires of your heart are being prayed over.  You are close to my heart, but most of all close to your Heavenly Father’s heart!

Come and see me this weekend! {smiles}

Love in Christ,
Lesli

I know I’ve been amiss on this blog lately, but here’s what I’ve been up to…getting all these creative ideas out of my head!

Vintage Patter Pins
Lapel pins made out of vintage Simplicity sewing pattern.

Coffee Sleeves
…or Starbucks Heat Insulators as one friend calls them with hand-painted stencil Chevron pattern. There’s also a lace pattern, the word ‘HOPE’ and a Paris city map coffee sleeves to chose from.  This is what happens when you go to Starbuck’s too much!

Chalkboard Gift Tags
This not the finished product, but they have hemp cording on them. They turned out really cute! Perfect and reusable!

Linen Clutches

Card / Gift Card Holder
These are made from vintage hymn books. Each are hand-stamped with a  different topic and sewn on a card. On the back is an opening to insert a gift card.
